Online ordering with home delivery (minimum order ₹300; delivery typically within 3 km of Derabassi)

All services are subject to availability and our discretion.

Order Acceptance & Fulfillment

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment for prepaid orders; COD is offered where available.

We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, delivery outside service areas, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If canceled by us, any amount paid will be refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Pricing

Prices are in INR and usually inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Menu items and prices may change without prior notice. Images are for illustration.

Payments

We accept Razorpay, UPI, cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

Razorpay’s terms and conditions also apply to online payments.

Cancellations

You may cancel before food preparation begins by calling 70711-00222.

Once preparation has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds & Replacements

Refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility, replacements of incorrect/unsatisfactory items, and refund timelines/methods.

We may request order details or photos to assess claims.

Delivery

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control are not our liability. Incorrect addresses may result in cancelation or extra charges.

Promotions & Offers

Buy 1 Get 1 Free every Wednesday applies to Medium Pizzas only, on items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

Offers cannot be clubbed with other discounts and may be modified or withdrawn anytime.
