At Grand Pizza, we aim to deliver hot, fresh, and tasty food every time. If something goes wrong, we’ll fix it fast.
When are you eligible for a refund or replacement?
Wrong order delivered
Food quality issues (e.g., stale, undercooked, damaged in transit)
Sealed beverages (soft drinks/bottled water)
Non-refundable situations
Orders where the item has been consumed (unless a quality issue is reported).
Change of mind after order confirmation.
Requests made after 1 hour of order delivery.
How to request a refund or cancellation

Keep your order ID ready and share photos if asked—helps us resolve faster.
Refund timelines & method
Refunds are sent to the original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/card, etc.).
Processing time: 5–7 business days.
Store credit may be offered based on the case and your preference.
Cancellations
Allowed only before preparation begins.
Once the kitchen starts, cancellation isn’t possible.
Important
We may reject requests if:
Reported too late,
Items are tampered with/consumed/misused,
There are repeated false claims.
